Hello,

I just found this site today and am glad I did.

My wife and I are considering retiring to the UK from the US. She is originally from England; became a US citizen about 15 years ago. I have always been a US citizen.

If you have any particular opinions or recommendations for us, please feel free to offer. This would be especially true for topics pertaining to full time retirees in the UK from the US.

Thanks

Hello,
I am fairly new to England, moved here in Feb 2010.  I am older and sorta retired, as I do not work and don't plan to work.  My biggest problem is finding something to do to occupy my days.  I have 2 dogs that I do take outside couple times a day, but that is it really, so I am bored!  (Hubby works full time)
