Great low bandwidth video chat

I found this chat program about a year ago. Been using it to talk to my husband while I'm in the states. It's faster for video then skype and so much clearer too. You can set your send bandwidth and input, so it's great for those with lower net speeds. You can't send files with it but the video speeds make up for that. Has really clear and fast audio.
