When sending my sworn copy of my passport photo page, is it ok if it is still in my previous name or do i have to change it to my new married name beforehand? And, i have my house deeds, which part do they require?

For what? What type of visa are you applying for and are you the applicant or the sponsor?

When asking for help it would be nice to have a bit of background in order to give the right information.

That helps.

You don't have to change your name especially if you're in a rush to get the visa sorted. Just be aware that when the visa is issued it will contain your name as Spouse/CP - E. M34. The Certified copy of your details page is fine.

Not sure what part of the deed is needed, best to send the entire deed - you will get it back as they're not kept by the ECO processing the application. Or if you're not comfortable sending the deed then download & print the property information off the Land Registry website for a small fee (it's much cheaper than getting a certified copy of the deed if you don't want to send your original document).
