Just looking for recent processing times - the embassy website says 3 weeks, but I've just started my 4th with no sign of it. I called them this morning to enquire, and was told that it was "on its way back" from the US . . . which is what the
passport status update site told me a week and a half ago.
I know it's probably just slow this time of year, or something, but reassurance would be nice, since I apply for ILR in January, and the idea of my passport getting lost *now* gives me palpitations.
