Uk Taxes for UK citizen

I know it is a long shot but thought I would post anyway...

DH works on an oil rig in the North Sea which is technically international waters (closer to Norway then the UK) and pays large amounts of tax.

They changed the system recently which other people on the train he has met says is kinda illegal BUT we want to find an accountant who has DEALT with oil rig employees and the rules.

Example: they give him 90pounds for traveling expense but take tax and insurance out of this which obviously cuts it to almost half...

Many other things...my point is to ask if anyone knows a good accountant that you can recommend ;-)
