Address to use for DCF?
« on: August 23, 2004, 11:49:46 PM »
Hi all,

As you may or may not know, my wife has finally gotten her Leave to Remain, so we want to start processing for the US residence asap!  One question I have though is ...  What address do we use as her permanent address on the I-130?!  I've heard conflicting info about using her previous US address vs her UK address.  However, considering  that she is now a UK resident, which address should we use?  Does the US Consulate expect a US or UK address from the US Citizen that has LTR?

Thanks!

S.

I wish wish wish I had made copies of the forms I submitted, so I could answer your question!  :-[
Her permanent address is her UK address, since she resides here.
But are you asking what she should put for the address in the US? They ask for a US address at some point, is that what you're talking about?

Could I be more unhelpful?

I'm done moving. Unrepatriated back to the UK, here for good!
