We're having Christmas tonight with my family since we won't be here on the day. We're having:

spiral sliced ham
scalloped potatoes
corn
green beans
sprouts sauteed in bacon
pickled red beet eggs
homemade applesauce

Yum yum!!!!  ;D

Neither of us were that hungry so we shared a frozen pizza enjoying my non diet days for a bit longer lol.  ;)  ;D

Tonight DH is making a tagine with chicken, preserved lemon & veggies, probably served with couscous.  Also we have some leftover fresh beetroot & carrot salad that he made last night - the salad sort of goes with the Moroccan theme - we had it last night too with his homemade pizza.

Almost exactly the same except with cooked veggies instead of salad.

Nice! I miss queso!  :\\\'(

I made a savoury mince pie last night, which was lovely.  :) Today I'm going to make ham and pea soup.

Last night we had Bagel Sandwiches (we bought amazing bagels at costco) and noodles.

Tonight I am making Sushi and Sesame Noodles, and we have a fruit salad for dessert. :)
Finally living with my Husband in London after 6 1/2 years together but apart... and loving my life!
