Would you believe that I had another Christmas dinner?
Turkey, Applesauce, Stuffing, Green Beans with Spatzle, Antipasto Salad, Honey Glazed Carrots, Rolls, Eggnog Cake... I'm sure I'm missing listing a few more veggies in there...
I've never gotten food on my underpants!

I'm going to make this!  http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/460639/roasted-butternut-and-feta-wellington

Only I'm going to add spinach and a touch of garlic into the mix, and make individual ones instead of a gigantic one.  Soooooo excited!

Those intrigued me! I'll have to try it.

I had a late lunch at Brick Lane with some friends (yummm), so it will probably be toasties later, and probably a jacket potato as well for DH, since he hasn't really eaten properly today.
Finally living with my Husband in London after 6 1/2 years together but apart... and loving my life!

I would reduce the amount of beef stock.to 1 1/2 cup..and add extra cornstarch..about another tablespoon...

it's really nice....
