Ham and cheese stuffed chicken kievs with either baked or mashed potatoes, and steamed veggies.

MIL sent a text to say if we wanted Chinese she'd buy. Above menu will be tomorrow, at a guess.

Well in our book free Chinese is hard to pass up. we only did that once an that was because I had my Dietitians apt 3 days later or else we wouldn't have passed it up. ;)  :)

We had a late big lunch today so we had a light fend for yourself dinner. I had pb&j along with a banana Dh had stinky cheese & crackers.

We were helping friends paint all day, so it was a late dinner of Burger King.  :P

We're having chili con carne with cheese, sour cream and doritos. I'll probably have a salad on the side as well to give the wee one a little extra veg.

I missed your original post, Sarah, but congrats! :)

We're just having "nibbles" today... I made some bruschetta, and we have quiche, salad, and chicken in the fridge.

We're having the ham and cheese stuffed chicken kievs, mashed potatoes and mashed carrots we intended for last night.

I'm making wild rabbit in mustard sauce over sautéed cabbage and onions and roasted potatoes/carrots and having a nice wee dram of Benromach  :)
