We had homemade chicken tenders and potato wedges with corn on the cob. Yummy.

We had pizza. Three of hubby's friends came over so they could help each other get Guitar Hero achievements. If we'd been home all day I would have made chili or a stew, but by not being home, pizza just seemed easier.

Making potato cheese soup.

Also made pear ice cream, but I'm not sure if that'll be ready to eat tonight.

DH is making shepherd's pie.  He sat out (of the freezer) a pack of what he said was stewing beef, which turned out to be lamb mince instead.  :D

I was really excited about how it came out! I used this recipe, and tweaked it a little based on the reviews/my taste:

We're having tacos. We never seem to make it past Friday (with the weekly food shop being Friday) before deciding to have them. Maybe it is going to be our Friday night meal?

Just some fresh ravioli (from the supermarket) with some Lloyd Grossman sauce and some awesome herb and mozzarella focaccia bread from Aldi.
