Hubby's factory makes the Wagamama sauces and he brought home a big tub of curry catsu sauce (sp?) So we are using that to make chicken curry.

We'll be having baked basa fish and steamed veggies. That seems to be our fave fish at the moment.

I saw Basa fish at Tesco's when we were there yesterday I'm not a big fish fan I usually stick with what I know I like. ;) :) I thought about getting it decided against it in case I don't like it would go to waste cause Dh doesn't fish unless it comes from the chippy lol. ;)  :D

Not sure its fend for yourself night I'm still deciding.  :-\\\\  [smiley=blank.gif]

Had THE most amazing meal out last night while spending the weekend in Maidstone. I had a starter of veal roulade, with ricotta, wild mushrooms and spinach. And for my main, the best cod I've ever had over chorizo mash with mussels in a white wine sauce...! It was the best meal I've had out in ages. DH had really nice mackeral and scallops to start, and then was very brave and tried wild boar with roasted vegetables. Also really impressive!

Today we're back to reality... I made Pasta aglio e olio with lots of sauteed veggies as a late lunch. DH had fishcakes as well. Then later we had some ciabatta bread and bruschetta for a snack.
Finally living with my Husband in London after 6 1/2 years together but apart... and loving my life!

I'm so freaking tired after going back to the gym today - although I really should have cooked, I convinced DH to make us a pork & veg stir-fry (what I was craving anyway & he does such good stir-fries).  Leftover pork roast from yesterday so it should be pretty quick for him to throw together.
