Baked fish, baked potatoes and steamed veg.

Triscuits, cheese, salami and a salad.  DH is up in Leeds so I'm having a nibbles feast!

That sounds yummy! :)

We had sweet chilli garlic chicken stir fry over rice. I intended to do a chicken stew since the weather was nasty, but was enjoying putting up the Christmas decorations and didn't get around to it. We'll have it tomorrow.

We had whole wheat penne with marinara sauce, filled with the rest of the veggies from last week's box. Plus some toast with roasted garlic. :)

Today is DH's birthday!  [smiley=balloon.gif] I am planning to cook some lamb shoulder fillets in a red wine gravy with sweet potato mash and green beans with pancetta. For dessert, we will have my insane triple chocolate chip cookies since DH isn't a big fan of cake but loves these cookies.  ;D

I'll be having dinner with Jewlz.  ;)

We're actually having lamb too.  Moroccan Lamb in the slow cooker and couscous.  I may have a salad with mine to boost the veggies for my little one.

I forgot we were out tonight ,so instead of the chicken stew I intended for last night then planned for tonight, we will be having fish and veg.

Turkey pot pie with baked sweet potatoes. I'm also going to heat up the rest of the leftover sides to pick at before they're past their prime! I almost love Thanksgiving leftovers more than Thanksgiving itself. ;)

Should have had some haggis, because it's St. Andrew's Day.  But I didn't feel like going shopping, so I had a chicken and veg stirfry.

This was us, but with the added guilt of knowing we only had one final night's worth of Thanksgiving leftovers to get through, so I made some turkey noodle soup. The leftovers were great this week, but I am looking forward to having something different tomorrow.  :)

Chicken parmesan with pasta and marinara sauce on the side, but Sarah is making me feel guilty for not eating my veg, so I may pop out for some zucchini to go with it. :P

We're having the chicken stew that I inteded the past two nights and didn't get to. It'll have corn, mushrooms, carrots, leeks, and potatoes. I forgot the green beans but I don't want to get out again today, or I might use that as my excuse to not clean house.  ;D
