We had chicken fajitas with our first ever homemade tortillas. They were pretty good and surprisingly easy!

We ended up getting Chinese. Seemed fitting for the lazy day we've had. It only required getting out of my Christmas tree pj bottoms for the 3 minute walk to get it.  ;D

We had Chinese as well even though its not cheat night Dh & I both fancied it an it was realllyyy good!! ;D  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

Sometimes you just have to live a little. I keep thinking about that quote about all the women on Titanic who skipped dessert that final night in an effort to save calories.

I had a giggle re-reading mine. I suppose I should clarify I put on jeans for that walk to the Chinese place.  ;D

Last night I cooked for DH's whole family. I made spaghetti with marinara loaded with veggies, olive cheese bread, and a salad. Usually when SIL is in town, we wind up getting takeaway on the Saturday and I just needed something homecooked! :)

Tonight MIL is doing a roast!

Sweet and sour chicken stir fry over rice, with flour wraps.

DH made Irish stew in the slow cooker, and I made some soda bread last night to go with it. Lovely warming meal for a cold day! :)

We had a late lunch, so we'll be having whatever is served at the pub for hubby's pool league game. Fingers crossed it is a stew of some sort, with it being so cold out. It is a home game, and the landlady usually does incredibly tasty stews during the winter.

Beef stew from the slow cooker with tiger bread. Last night, I made some amazing cranberry and sweet chili baby back ribs. They were so tasty I have been thinking about them all day!
