I made a bunch of random snacky food: black eyed pea dip, olive cheese bread, and curried veggie pot pie, plus chocolate fondue with bananas, cherries, biscuits, and pretzels. :) And lots of wine!

curried veggie pot pie

We made this, too! :) It was yum, but needed a bit more curry.

I wound up just doing my own thing with it. ;) Definitely used more than a tsp. of curry. It turned out really good!

Yeah, we ad-libbed on the veggies, which probably altered the ratios of spice to veg.

We had Chinese last night and are still deciding what to have tonight.

We'll have traditional pork and sauerkraut for lunch, then we're headed to some friends for a party this evening. My contribution is strawberries dipped in ganache, so I know I'll be having those!

Frozen pizza and lasagne. What a way to start the new year.  :(

Yesterday I made a chicken roast so today I'm using the leftovers to make Chipotle White Chicken Enchiladas.  Our new favorite thing!

Hot dogs with leftover sauerkraut, potato chips, and veggies with dip. I'm going for easy tonight!
