Something from the veg box and leftover chicken...I am thinking something mushroomy and chickeny.  I am going to make a gigantic pot of soup chicken and vegetable soup tomorrow.

I have a venison and beef stew sitting in the oven. There's almost a bottle of Cab in it and it smells amazeballs :D

Since we had a big lunch, we just had grilled sandwiches - Philly cream cheese and ham.

Ugh! Forgot to pull out the meat from the freezer this morning! I was SUPPOSED to have sirloin and veggies...But now I gotta re-think the dinner plans!  :-\\\\ No bueno when trying to be good!

Maybe a run to the store to get a piece of fish or something easy is in order for tonight! Sounds yummy to me anyways! :)

We picked up KFC on our way home from the vet last night was supposed to be fish & chips that's what Dh wanted at first but changed his mind. I didn't mind I have to be in the mood for fish & chips but last night I was so emotionally drained I didn't care what we had for dinner I was just hungry an wanted some quick & easy. ;)  :)

We're having baked chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, Paxo (hubby would live on the stuff if he could) and some veg.
