I made a creamy pasta with boursin and veggies, plus roasted turnips and biscuits.

Peppered pork chops, kale sauted in olive oil, lemon juice and garlic, with steamed potatoes and parsnips.

This sounds nice!

I had 'fried' eggs, homefries, and spinach.

It was awesome! Tonight we had orange basil chicken with steamed carrots and spinach. The recipe called for couscous but neither of us are fans and we are also trying to eat better. Another one we will have again.  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

Last night I made some really nice Asian baked wings, and we had a premade pizza with it.

Vegetarian stirfry.
This for today! :) Thinking of getting some chips and curry to go with it though. Semi-homemade.

Last night was scrambled eggs with diced potatoes and some Cream of Wheat.  My lunch disagreed with me, so I wasn't going to tempt fate.
