Ham steak, cheesy potatoes, and some form of veg - maybe succotash.

We're trying a crab pasta recipe I found yesterday. We'll have the ham tomorrow instead.

Veggie lasagna from a recipe we found on a healthy, low cal, low fat site.

Sounds great!

It's pizza night here, but we supplement it with loads of steamed broccolli.

Ooh, what is that?

We had baked potatoes topped with leftover chicken tikka masala from the other day.

Meh. I don't feel like cleaning my kitchen, I have a late night conference call, I'm exhausted and apathetic and feeling rubbish.

So rather than something home cooked, I have talked myself and my boyfriend into getting pizza express take-away, so I can be both lazy and eat on the comfort of my couch.    ;D

Nice! I used to like their pizzas with the salad in the middle.

Tonight we're having the ham steak, cheesy potatoes, and veg.

MIL just called to see if we want Chinese in a bit. We've been packing most of the day so we are gladly going to take her up on it.  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

Last night we had mac and cheese. It was a lower fat recipe we found but it made so much we just had a big bowl each and called it a meal.  ;D
