I made fennel risotto loaded with wine and cheese. ;D Served with leftover rotisserie chicken with a marsala wine sauce and steamed broccoli. It was my first attempt at risotto and it was great! :)

OMG your making my tummy rumble and mouth water! That sounds absolutely delish!

Chicken breast and asparagus...Not sure how to marinate/cook it yet though!  :-\\\\

Last night we had farfalle pasta with peas, bacon and sage in a creamy sauce. Since I made it the way Gordon Ramsay intended (ie super fattening) it was delicious! Tonight we're having lasagna.

BBQ baby back ribs, and home-made ceci and cannellini bean salad.
Wherever you go, there you are!

We've got kebabs on the way. We spent the day organizing and moving things around and getting our first batch of boxes ready to ship to the States, and are too tired to do the roasted veggie lasagna we'd planned. That will be tomorrow night.

I had amazing Polish food the last few nights. Yum. I ate and drank far too much more than I should have.  Mmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!  (Justified needing to stay warm at night, since it was -20C there  ;))

Tonight though, I've just flown in from Poland and have to fly up to Scotland and then take a train for 3.5 hours, and get in at midnight. So a pack of crisps on the Scotrail for tea tonight?  :P

I've never gotten food on my underpants!

It was really good! :D I used this recipe, without the vegetarian subs:

I had leftover risotto today with some sauteed veggies. :)

Beef stew which was okay, but I am getting sick of stews, really.  It's just so cold that it's nice to have something warm and hearty.

Puff pastry topped with kale, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, and parmesan cheese with a small bowl of leftover stew.

Come heck or high water, we are actually going to have the roasted veggie lasagna tonight. It seems like it has been intended for every night this week, and something would come up.

Perfect comfort food, if you ask me. :)
