Spaghetti with a fennel/onion/spinach tomato sauce that I just threw together.
Finally living with my Husband in London after 6 1/2 years together but apart... and loving my life!

I had leftover Afghan Carrot Hotpot over spinach, with a flat bread
I've never gotten food on my underpants!

It was absolutely lovely! I enjoyed it even more today, as the flavours had all really mingled.

I bookmarked it, too!  It's just my sort of food, I'm going to make it tomorrow (soaking the yellow split peas tonight).

One thing though, I'm going to double the spices (the amounts seem sort of on the low side), and I don't like to use much garlic, so may cut that out, plus I'll sub the scotch bonnet chili with something a bit less hot.....

We are having a cheese board, smoked sausage, crackers, grapes, and I'm also making spinach/artichoke dip and stuffed mushrooms. Chocolate fondue for afters. ;D
