Currently making a chicken stock in the slow cooker.  When I get home, I'll turn that into chicken noodle soup. Not my Mom's, but I hope it will be yummy all the same  ;D

Last night I made Pork Rendang and home made chapattis, was lusharama.

Tonight I am having an iced cold soup consisting of the blood of several sunset hued citrus fruits and the distillation of fermented substances such as grains, potatoes, or sometimes fruits and/or sugar.

MIL is bringing us kebabs on her way home from visiting a friend. I am beginning to think moving here is going to be hard on our diet. I think we have only had four healthy evening meals in nearly two weeks.  ::)

No idea for tonight, but CB just gave me the idea of beans and cheese on jacket potato!

Last night we had meatloaf, mashed potatoes and succotash. DH made it and it was his very first one! Turned out delicious!

I have a lamb shoulder in the slow cooker, following this recipe:

We don't have enough potatoes left to have mash with it, so will probably serve with rice.

Pizza nights are good for the soul.

We had maple glazed chicken breasts with roasted carrots. Quick, easy and tasty for a spur of the moment google for a chicken recipe because we decided against the stir fry I'd intended.

Definitely!  I feel a pizza night coming in fact...

Last night I pulled some tomato-y Italian lentil and veggie stew out of the freezer.  Hubby had his with meat (some fancy diced venison) and I had mine with veggie chicken pieces all mixed in.
