Tomorrow we're having pb's yellow split pea and carrot hotpot again!  Only I didn't have enough carrots so it's two thirds carrots and one third courgettes.

Ooh I bet it will be lovely with courgettes!

I'm not sure what I'm having tonight, but I am really craving barley for some reason,so thinking a barley risotto of some sort.  Mushroom maybe? Or maybe squash/red pepper?  I dunno. Need to- see where my energy leads me!
I've never gotten food on my underpants!

The pulled pork sandwiches were so good last night that we're having them again. :) With jalepenos and spicy mayo, plus steamed carrots and broccoli.

Pork spareribs that have been in the crock pot all day, homemade chips and roasted broccoli.

That sounds yummy. I guess it will be frozen pizza and chips. I had planned on boneless pork chops, steamed baby potatoes and brussels sprouts, but I've been invited for a cuppa at my stepson's mother's house, so who knows how I will feel after that.  :-\\\\

Trying a knock off KFC chicken recipe (it's baked, not fried), cole slaw, chips, and biscuits. Basically, homemade KFC!  :P
