Out to the pub to see a local dixieland jazz band
Fun!

We had fish pie and loads of steamed veggies.

I'm going to make a quick chicken, chorizo paella, and I've got some raw king prawns in the freezer I will probably throw in, as I am lazy I am using Gallo Saffron risotto pronto rice, which makes a pretty acceptable paella in about five minutes. yumzor! :)

Nando's Garlic Peri Peri chicken (we're just a bit obsessed at the mo) with mash and veg.

Probably the chorizo and broad bean risotto from the goodfood website.  Since I happen to have the stuff to make it. :)  Love that site.  Is it my imagination or are english recipes less hassle than american ones?  I cook so much more here than I ever did in the states...I used to hate hate meal planning and grocery shopping with a passion.  Don't mind it here.  Sorry, off topic slightly.

Steak with some sort of potato, sautéed mushrooms, cabbage some which way and creamy leeks. Aka clean out the veg drawer before things go off.

Turkey stirfry.

I have no idea why but I read that as "turkey shifty" and had to think what turkey shifty could possibly be!  [smiley=blush.gif]

R is off skiing with the boys so I can have whatever I want.... and I have NO clue lol. Maybe a pizza from Santa Maria?

They have and it's total sad face as they were lovely, Michael and Venus were amazing! :(

I had to order thai delivery last night, but it was really good so that was alright but I miss that little restaurant :(

Hey have you got a good chinese delivery place? I order szechaun from Si Chaun, but haven't gotten good cantonese in a loooong time.

Shame about Siam. We only went once but it was very good.

Unfortunately, I have yet to find a Chinese place I like. It's SO different to the Chinese we had in socal that I just don't bother. :( Thank god the Japanese in this area is superb.

I didn't have pizza last night so that's what I'm having tonight. Yay for pizza Fridays!  :D
