J caught a nice trout yesterday (nothing too big, only 700 grams), so I gutted that and stuffed it withh dill/thyme/lemon and roasted it.
Served alongside with roasted 'neeps, plus steamed purple sprouting brocolli and braised cabbage
I've never gotten food on my underpants!

Mmm... sounds heavenly!

We're having whole wheat spaghetti with a meat, mushroom and pepper sauce and garlic bread.

I didn't think I'd have time to cook today, but I did, so I made my very veggie chili.  Hubby supplemented his with some chorizo.  Tomorrow he'll have the venison burgers I intended for today and I'll have veggie burgers (we'll probably have steamed broccolli or salad with it).

We had a late lunch while on a just under 14 mile walk, so we will probably snack or skip it altogether, which suits me. My feetsies are a bit tender. They don't hurt, but sitting down is better.  ;D

Burnt prawn biryani and wine straight from the bottle. Yeah, it's that kind of night.
