We're having roasted veggie lasagna.

DH made baked fish, real homemade chips (I haven't had chips fried at home in literally years!), steamed carrots and corn. So so so good!

Odd combination night again. We were going to have steak puddings and decide what to have with them. The neighbour just dropped off some lasagna, so we will be having steak puddings and lasagna.

Last night was Nando's Garlic Peri Peri chicken and mashed potatoes.

Marinated plaice in a ginger-chili-soy concoction and then grilled it, made very-veggie  ;) 'fried' rice, and steamed purple sprouting broccoli with ginger and garlic last night
