Last night I made chicken and black bean enchiladas that were really tasty.

Tonight we're going out! I'll get a slice of pizza and a garden salad. Yes, I've already decided!  :P

Had dinner at my friends house which was so nice to see them and we laughed alot!!

She made parmesan crusted chicken and cabbage and pizza rolls and rhubarb crumble for afters.  I brought along baked risotto with peas and purple sprouting broccoli from the garden. Wine and beer was flowing. Well not too much for me, I lost rock-paper-scissors and had to be the driver back from theirs to my house.

We finally went out for Mexican last night--it was yummy!  www.pinchepinche.com

Tonight there's no food in the house for the most part so I picked up some frozen haddock for hubby and I'll throw together something with lentils and tomatoes and veggies for me.

J caught us a 2.5 lb trout today, so I'm gonna gut and fillet that, probably pan fry it -

Plus one of my last 'neeps (will have one more left after this) and the very last of my tatties (not bad at all, almost 1 year full year without buying them!), and purple sprouting broccoli

Wow PB! I need an allotment!! I can't imagine going a year without buying potatoes.

We're having Japanese Takeaway. I can't wait as I'm starving.
