Since the weather was absolutely gorgeous this weekend, we had a BBQ - burgers, hot dogs, salad, Ruffles, and corn on the cob.  It was so nice, but now I'm rather full.

DH is cooking up burgers and picked up some chips from the chip shop... It was a long vet appointment tonight after a long day at work.  [smiley=sleeping2.gif] Can't be bothered.

It's our 3 year anniversary.  [smiley=love.gif] So after I teach my last 2 classes, I'm going home and getting dolled up and we're going to our favorite Thai restaurant. ;D

We had fish tacos, which were more of a cross with fajitas... We didn't have any lettuce, so we wound up sauteeing some onions, zucchini, and mushrooms to go in them, plus some sliced avocado. The were superb though!

Ended up on a meal out tonight, ahhh the perks of a good job sometimes!

Had a nice venison loin and date bread and salad starter and for a main, a pan seared cod with scallops in a lovely sauce with veg
Stuffed and was really nice
