Made a trout pie with the leftover trout -
My fish stock came out really yummy, if I do say so myself  ;D  and it made an awesome pie

I'm trying to decide between Halibut with lemon herb butter and veg or Ribs and BBQ chicken (This weekends left overs) They both sound good...Maybe on for an afternoon snack and the other for dinner?

Turkey curry. Yum.  We have lots of leftover turkey from yesterday.  I put it in the slow cooker with a bunch of veg. Took less than 10 minutes to chop up everything and throw it in. Those are the meals I love the most. :)

Similar to mine which I made yesterday--yellow lentil and veggie curry.  Hubby will cook up some diced turkey to go in his.  Also onion bhajis.

I made the easter dinner I should have made yesterday, roasted squash, carrots and savoy cabbage, chive mash, prime rib, yorkshires and horsersdish gravy :)
If we get hungry later I'll probably make sandwiches or something little :)

We both had an amazingly incredible meal from a Thai and Japanese stall on Camden Market. We got there about 6:30 and everyone was marking their food down. We both ended up with an overpacked tin tub each for £3 each. Amazing deal!

Made a leek/fennel/other veg soup. Decent enough, but not the best thing I've ever eaten (I blame the fennel).

A simple recipe tonight that we got while camping in the White Mountains of NH. They were doing a recipe swap at the camp ground and you could go around and try everyone's dishes. Ground beef and tomato, vegetable stew and some crusty bread. First time I've made it here and I hope it comes out ok. Supposed to use Campbell's Condensed Tomato soup, but had to use Heinz Cream of tomato. Fingers crossed. It sure smells yummy though.

Pork marsala, angel hair with a light marinara sauce, and roasted carrots. I felt ambitious today. :)
Finally living with my Husband in London after 6 1/2 years together but apart... and loving my life!
