It's this recipe, if anyone is interested, though I haven't tried it yet. All of the Williams Sonoma slow cooker recipes I've tried have been fantastic, though!  http://www.williams-sonomawine.com/!P8n!X5QLP8YgDZH9qKzciw!/Chinese-Red-Cooked-Chicken.

How did it come out Jewlz?  It looks nice and up my alley!

I brought back up to Scotland some venison and squash and red onion pies from Harrods last night, baked some potatoes and added steamed some purple sprouting broccoli and leeks - was amazing!
Alas, I have to go back to being good and healthy eating again!  ;D
Thinking something with fish and vegetables...

It was delicious! The sauce is very rich so I only drizzled a bit over the top of the chicken and rice. I'm glad I used skinless halal chicken thighs with most of the fat trimmed off to lighten it up. I think it would have been too fatty for me otherwise. I'd make it again the same way, definitely! :)

Saturdays are always busy busy here so its usually something quick like pizza. We just adopted a new kitten today, so we've been busy playing with him...so I haven't even thought about it.

We went out to lunch with Mil & DH's Aunt so we had a fend for yourself night since we had a big late lunch. I had a bowl of cereal & Dh had soup & toast.

Roast beast, yorkshire puddings, caramelised onion gravy, plus a mixture of roasted tatties, swede, carrrots, and parsnip (I have a little of each left and not enough to make full dishes worth  :P )  and some brussel sprouts and purple sprouting broccoli

I am so excited! I love me a roast dinner.

It would make my life a lot easier if we were having lasagne tonight!  :-X

But HB wants pork chops, roasties and this strange-sounding-but-utterly-delicious  lettuce and peas concoction that I normally only make at Christmas/Boxing Day.  And HB always gets what HB wants!  [smiley=smitten.gif]

Made veggie chili/stew-type thing, and roast potatoes. Turned out pretty well, I think.

Also made berry muffins, but those weren't part of dinner. ;)
