MIL made Shepherds Pie today. Really yummy. :) It's not something I cook, so I haven't had it in years.
Finally living with my Husband in London after 6 1/2 years together but apart... and loving my life!

I made some burgers, well the butcher helped me by mincing the meat and mixing it  together for me, and I just griddled them nicely rare :) And I made jalapeno/mustard/scallion potato salad, and some actual salad.

Last night was Sunday roast - chicken with some mashed potatoes & carrots.

Tonight, I'm (drool!) making guacamole (to go with Doritos) & chicken/black bean enchiladas in a sour cream & green chile sauce - smothered with lots of cheese too of course!  ;D

I'm making a mozzarella/pesto risotto cake thingy. It's from one of those little BBC cookbooks and sounds better than the way I've described it!  :P

Well, the Lentil Bolognese was ok...but not a keeper for us. It wasn't even hubby,it was me. I don't like the texture of lentils. I keep trying but....BLECH! Have some left overs, and such I'm the only one that does left overs, they're all for me  ::)

Roasted veggie lasagna.
I want this, but I've been too lazy to roast veggies.  I've make an Italian style veggie, tomato, and lentil stew.  I'll throw some pasta in it as well.  Hubby's supplementing his with venison meat balls.  I may throw some veggie sausage pieces in mine.

The above took so long to make, roasting veggies would probably have been quicker!
