Dh is making a (homemade) pasta bake and roasted purple sprouting broccoli, while I sit with my feet up drinking a glass of wine.  8) His idea, not mine.  :-*

That is my idea of making dinner.  ;D

Hubby was craving curry, so we ordered out.

Eat all you can before you move back! It's definitely not as good over here!

We're having leftover chicken and leek pie with chips and probably a piece of fish because there's not a lot of pie left!

I made a beef and chorizo stew to soothe what ails me :) The boy had a big piece of toasted brioche to mop his up :)

Beetroot salad.
That's it?  No protein or carbs?  :)

Hubby is making his vension burgers and sautee-ing up some veggies (we'll share the veggies).  I've got veggie chicken pieces and some lime and coriander quinoa.

We had bean burgers, swiss chard, asparagus, and onion rings.  I am totally going to make homemade bean burgers in a huge batch and freeze them in meal sized portions.  Anyone have good recipes?

I made baked wings with buffalo sauce, roasted potatoes, and we had carrots, celery, and tomatoes with ranch dressing. :)

Italian vegetable rice casserole. Feels nice to not eat meat after a week of (albeit lovely) roast beef
