Got some gorgeous smelling smoked pork ribs from the butcher, they're in the slow cooker becoming a smoked pork and lentil soup.

That sounds heavenly! I am sure you are going to appreciate something hot and hearty on this lovely ahem... spring day.  ;D

We're having prawn and egg fried rice.

Pot roast in the slow cooker. Hopefully the potatoes won't turn to mush before we can eat it.  :-\\\\

This past week or so I haven't been all that hungry when dinner time rolls around. so I have been eating a bowl of cereal only cause I know I have to eat something to take my meds or else I probably wouldn't be having dinner at all.

We did this at the in laws, because FIL forgot to turn the oven on! We're coming over tomorrow for the roast that was meant for today.

I've got a pot roast going in the slow cooker.  I'll have to decide if we're going to have baked or mashed potatoes with it.

Tonight is curry that I was supposed to do on Saturday night but was feeling too ill to cook up. Really looking forward to it as we haven't had a curry in about a month and we all love it.

Made a grilled vegetable and haloumi and hummus wrap and made a sweet potato and harissa soup for the side.  Totally yummy and totally stuffed!

I so want to come to yours for dinner!  :D

I made a Rhubarb, Lentil and Potato Curry with brown and wild rice and coconut yogurt on the side.
