We're having roasted veggie lasagna tonight.

We had hot dogs, kettle chips, and sauteed carrots and zucchini.

Went to the farmer's market, so we'll be having steak, new potatoes (either boiled or I'll make a light salad), sauteed leeks and fresh peas. We'll have strawberries with vanilla ice cream for dessert.

Mmm!

We're having spaghetti with mince, mushroom and red pepper sauce, and garlic bread.

Husband is currently cooking cheese on toast with sausages for an easy dinner for tonight. He wanted to make Thai green chicken curry, but we are out of chicken for the moment, and we are not braving the markets on a bank holiday weekend!

We finished up last night's spaghetti. We'd planned it for lunch, but went for a walk with a friend and ended up having lunch in a pub.

Baked teriyaki pork chops, stir fried veggies, and egg fried rice. First home cooked meal I've had since Thursday, and it was lovely. :)

It sounds very lovely! :) Yum!

We had Lincolnshire sausages on the George Foreman grill, with mashed potatoes and broccoli and cheese pasta.
