I have made chicken enchiladas, they are in the oven. Used the last of my fresh jalapenos *sob*, will have to stop by WF on the way to work on Monday...and if an Monmouth iced latte and a breakfast burrito happen to jump into my hands, well, it must be FATE. :D

We had Chinese tonight. Last night we ordered kebabs. I suppose we are getting in all my 'one last' meals from each place. I have the feeling I am going to be living on salad my first few weeks in Indiana to make up for all this.  ;D

No Salads when you first get back all the junk food you have been craving for at least a couple days if not a week or so I know I would if I was in your shoes. you have plenty of time to eat healthy when you get settled back in to Indiana life. ;)  :)

Good thinking! I'll take a week or two and get all the cravings out of my system, then I'll be healthy.  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

Smoked gammon boiled dinner, again! It's easy, because I can just peel and cut up the veg, then throw the joint into the pot and forget about it for a few hours.

We're headed to a carvery tonight for my 'family' send off 'do. It was supposed to be hubby's family, but we invited a few friends too. These are the friends who have become family over the years, so I suppose it is still a 'family' 'do.

I intend to thoroughly enjoy the turkey, because I love it and hubby doesn't so I don't make it very often.

What we intended was 'off', although within date, and everything else is frozen... so it is Chinese again.

Minus the beef, watch out PB & J, I might move into yours in the middle of the night for food like that!  :o :P :-*

Mine was vegetarian escalope and vegetarian sausages.   [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

And wine.  ;)
