I planned on chicken cacciatore... Got home and had no bell peppers or onions left! Dur! Wound up making it with shallots and jalapenos. Not the same but still yummy. Also had roasted butternut squash.
Finally living with my Husband in London after 6 1/2 years together but apart... and loving my life!

Saturday night, quite a few of us ate at Barburrito in Manchester and I had a grilled steak burrito.

Sunday night, since we'd enjoyed Barburrito so much the night before, hubby and I went back and I had pork tacos.

Monday night, after I landed in Louisville, the fam took me to Ryan's (the all you can eat buffet) in Corydon because I was craving salad and meat.

Last night I was too tried to cook, so I shared a box of mac and cheese with one of my nieces because they were both just snacking anyway.

I'm not sure what tonight will be, but I am thinking about a grilled ham and cheese with tomato slices. The tomato will go on after it is finished, of course.

And that is what I have been eating lately.  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]
