I've never thought of Asian food as being naughty, I've always considered it healthy!

I mean eating out when we should be saving our pennies and cooking at home!   ;D

But OMG the Chinese today was niiiiiice!

Of course!  I didn't even think of it that way, but yes eating out gets expensive!

Shame, because it's one of my weaknesses!

(of course, has nothing to do with me not being able to cook!)   ;D

Looks like tonight is going to be random. Using up odds and ends before we go to America on Wednesday (;D) and we're out to dinner tomorrow.... So, duck fat roast potatoes, roasted veggies, and bruschetta. I'm sure DH will want meat, but all we have is ground beef, and I can't think of anything that would really go. ???

I think tonight I will have chicken leg and thigh (I think oven fried chicken style) and a baked potato.

In my never ending quest to find interesting things to do with beetroot, I made Beetroot Burgers. They turned out really nice!  :D

That's a good idea... But all of this is out the window now because I didn't realize how hot it was going to be today! No way am I running the oven. I think I might make a light pasta dish with some of the veggies I have, and steam the rest of them?
