We did meatloaf, garlic mashed taters, and peas. Always reminds me of being a kid. Its one of my comfort meals.

02/03/2012-Email from UK Consul General application needs further processing will receive decision within 10 working days.
02/09/2012-Request for more payslips and custody papers for daughter.
02/22/2012-Submit the requested documents with prayers.
02/24/2012-UK settlement visas issued :)
03/12/2012-Arrive in MAN UK :)

I made a sausage and root vegetable casserole in the slow cooker and some homemade wholemeal bread. Yum. :)
Finally living with my Husband in London after 6 1/2 years together but apart... and loving my life!

I stuffed cabbage leaves with mexican spiced lentils and wheatberries and then made a tomato, pepper and chipotle chili sauce and covered my cabbages in it and topped with cheese.  Baked.  Then topped with creme fraiche. 
So. Good.

Tea was nothing special...but I made apple crisp for a rare mid week treat dessert :) I didn't realize how tart Bramley apples are!

We had dinner at BIL's flat. His girlfriend made a sausage casserole (different to mine at least!) and mash.

Tonight I'm thinking homemade pizza. :)

I don't know why, but I'm really craving Chilli and corn bread! LOL! So I think that's they lucky dishes!
