Spicy red lentil and potato stew.  :)

Yesterday/last night was a beef roast, so today we are having beef stew. I just can't decide if I want to do it on the stove or in the slow cooker. Both are electric.

I'm thinking maybe some left over shepards pie...I'm too lazy on Mondays to really make anything!

We had pasta with marinara sauce with kale thrown in. Plus roasted purple carrots and homemade bread with garlic oil. Mmm. :)

Red beans and rice tonight with homemade apple sauce for dessert. That is *if* I can get the apples into the slow cooker within the next half hour!

Lemon pepper fish with mixed veggies and a wholemeal roll.

Been following an eating plan to lose weight and it's got me stuffing myself every day now! Already down 2 pounds since Monday though. Hopefully it will keep coming off!

A bit of odds and sods, veggie cajun style beans and rice, curried coleslaw (using up cabbage, wanted something curried?), plus some courgettes and purple sprouting broccoli

BBQ pulled pork with corn and cheddar garlic mashed potatoes. Made it in the slow cooker yesterday, so all I have to do tonight is cook the corn and make the mash.  :)
