I'm thinking I'll have some leftover pork from last night and maybe a baked potato.

Toad in the hole with steamed broccoli and mash. I need to make enough mash to have leftovers enough to cover a chicken pie for tomorrow. I also need to make cookies.

Yummm!

I have a beef stew in the slow cooker today. :) Smells heavenly... We had roast pork with all the fixings yesterday.

Chicken and veggie stir fry, with onions, kale, broccoli, carrots, zucchini.... Pretty much everything because I need to use up a lot of veggies. My favorite kind. ;D We'll have steamed rice with it.

Haven't decided yet. I was a bit sick during the night last night and that's pretty much put me off food for a while. Might just feed the husband leftovers from last night and call it done.  :-\\\\

Yeah...That whole breaded chicken breast thing never happened! LOL! Conveniently, a few road work block offs decided to take place yesterday with no forewarning, so my normal 40min commute took almost 2 hours! By the time I go close to home, thought I could eat a scabby horse, so I went for a Chinese chow mien instead!  ;D

Tonight is no healthier, going to a Haunted Maize maze and barn and whatever else in Burton-on-Trent with some friends, so I can see Burgers and chips in tonights future! LOL!

Tonight is pasta with a wild mushroom cream sauce. Ok, so the wild mushrooms aren't exactly wild as the choices were limited this weekend at the store, but its still good and one of our favourite dinners.
Hopefully we'll get it all eaten before the trick-or-treaters come a knockin!
