I'm making a pie with the leftover beef stew from Monday. Baked sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli to go with. :)

Finally decided. Beans on cheese on toast. Probably with scrambled egg and sausages as well, depends on how hungry we are tonight.

Trying to decide if I want to cook (spicy chorizo, halloumi & red pepper bake w/garlic bread & salad) or just get a takeaway...

Pasta and marinara
This! With homemade french bread and maybe some broccoli... We bought broccoli at costco on Saturday so now we're eating it just about every day. ;)

Planning on having stuffed peppers. Hopefully after my 5 mile walk into and through town I'll still feel like making them!

Despite not having a home cooked meal in 8 days, I've got an architectural awards dinner to go to this evening with J.  Unfortunately, he's not up for any awards this year.    But the evening is at least very interesting and the food will be excellent (even if I really want a home cooked meal :-\\\\ )

I've been on a soup cooking spree today. I'll be having a bowl of mushroom bisque and at least one stuffed pepper. The husband will have a choice of stuffed peppers, mushroom bisque, rustic cabbage soup, butternut squash soup (much better than I thought it would be!), and the leftover lamb and beef stew we had last night.

Figured that I could make soups/stews to use up the fresh bits of stuff we have before our trip (we leave Wednesday!) and I can freeze them in bags for quick already measured out lunches.

Chicken & bacon & leeks & mushrooms & peas & cream & seasonings - white wine, garlic, onion, stock cube etc...tossed all together with penne.
Ring the bells that still can ring
Forget your perfect offering
There is a crack, a crack in everything
That's how the light gets in...

"Not yo' mama's" tuna casserole. ;) Just a homemade white sauce with tuna, onion, peas and bow tie pasta baked with a Parmesan breadcrumb topping.
