I made Keema last night. I had some mince and wanted to do something different, so I found a recipe and tried it. It was a hit...and so simple...I would have preferred mine it bit spicier, but it was still yum!

Homemade curry night here - yay! DH cooking. We've leftover lamb roast from Sunday & I'm sure he'll put some curried veg together as well. Maybe with rice or maybe with homemade naan. Can't wait!  :)

Had Aberdeen Angus sirloin roast (Waitrose) with yorkshire puddings, gravy and asparagus last night.  Had Scotch sirloin roast (Sainsbury's) with yorkshire puddings, gravy and sweetcorn on Saturday.  Sainsbury's sirloin roast tasted better than Waitrose Aberdeen Angus sirloin roast.  Will try Waitrose Dry Aged Aberdeen Angus sirloin roast next time.  :P

Chili, white rice, and some nice crusty bread. Not very diet friendly...but I still seem to have 330+ calories left for the day even after tea and 3 glass of shiraz  ???
Oh well, guess I can have another glass  ;D

Yesterday we made a beef and veg stew, and a crock pot of chicken and noodles soup with carrot and onion.

Tonight we will have the leftovers, or skip it in favor of Super Bowl junk food.  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

Two winter squashes, stuffed with cooked quinoa, herby tomato sauce, tomatoes, onions, feta cheese and fresh basil went into my slow cooker this morning and slow baked all day, leaving me a gorgeous meal to walk into!
