Two winter squashes, stuffed with cooked quinoa, herby tomato sauce, tomatoes, onions, feta cheese and fresh basil went into my slow cooker this morning and slow baked all day, leaving me a gorgeous meal to walk into!
Mmmmm sounds good!

Sounds good to me!

I just had an omelette and oven chips. Not too exciting, but I'm leaving here in a minute to go out for the evening in my usual mad rush....

Mr MLG has perfected his smoked salmon omelette over Christmas - so good with some dill.

This thread always makes me hungry!  :P

Made spanish chicken with rice and some kale/cheddar chips on the side. Weird combo but I saw kale at the store for the first time in a while and had to get it!

Tonight I'm making Ful Cobi which is a cauliflower, carrot, and pea curry from Hansa's Vegetarian Indian cookbook.  It's a dry curry so I'm making a tomato and chick pea curry thing to go with it.

Yummy Andee!  :D

I'm doing something with chickpeas. I did some in the slow cooker yesterday, then make a chickpea loaf last night, but still some to use up. Torn between channa masala or doing them middle eastern style with yogurt and olive oil.......

I want pancakes! (And I stupidly live opposite a diner)

But instead I will have more homemade chicken soup. Dangit.

I've got a curry in the slow cooker. We tried to go out for curry last night but the chef wasn't in, so I'm enjoying it myself tonight (DF is at a chinese place with his work).

Pancakes sound lovely! Might have those tomorrow. ;)
