Made a nice chicken stock from my roast chicken the other day
This and the last of the chicken was turned into arroz con pollo
I've never gotten food on my underpants!

mmm arroz con pollo is my favourite.

I had 1/2 a marbled rye reuben sandwich, I might eat a digestive biscuit.

Last night we made an amazing, also amazingly simple, lemon coriander chicken. Tonight we are having pizza, just because I have to work until 8. We went out for a Valentine lunch the day before yesterday, figuring we would beat the crowds.  ;D

I am working late again....and slight regretting that I just ate apple crumble and custard for lunch.

Dinner will likely be...more coffee, as I'm avoiding the pizza in the kitchen.

Pizza tonight for us. I love making it, but my kitchen is always a mess after!

Shepherds pie made with parsnip mash. I'm following the Harcombe diet and have lost 10 pounds in just over 3 weeks. Not hungry at all, loving my meals and really pleased with the results.

Wow, great work! I've lost 12 in the last month...but I'm counting calories. It works for me. I've come to the conclusion that no one way if eating is good for everyone. We all need to find our own way of doing it. Keep it up! I know I feel better for it...and have just started to need a belt  ;D

We're having chicken breasts stuffed with spinach and gruyere, wrapped in parma ham, steamed broccoli, and scalloped potatoes.

Chicken baked in cream of mushroom soup, with a baked potato.

I agree that everyone has to find the diet that works for them. We're following the 5:2 diet currently. Two days a week you 'fast' although men can have up to 600 calories and women can have up to 500 on those days. The rest of the week you can eat whatever you want, but we are sticking to 1500 calories for me and 2000 for him on those days. We do occasionally splurge on calories, but it is working.
