Chili, with enough left over for another meal next week.
Ring the bells that still can ring
Forget your perfect offering
There is a crack, a crack in everything
That's how the light gets in...

Aaahhhh!! Your post just reminded me that I have chilli simmering away on the stove!  I completely forgot about it for the past hour and a half or so!  :o

Well, it's definitely done cooking now!  It's going to be for dinner tomorrow.  Tonight I'm on my own as hubby is off to a quiz night thing sponsored by college.  I'm just having some pasta and chick peas and spinach (always craving spinach lately) in tomato sauce.

We're having chili. I have been craving it, and with spring slow to figure out it is supposed to be here, it seemed like a good evening for it.

Any evening is a good evening for chili!  We're having nachos with our leftover chili (chili over nacho chips with grated cheese on top and stick it all in the oven).

This is true. I do adore chili. Your nachos sound yummy!

We're having leftovers tonight. We did the big family dinner yesterday, so tonight it is ham and all the trimmings without all the effort of yesterday.  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

Leftover pakora and samosa.  :)  DH's birthday was yesterday so we made the pakora and his dad brought samosa.  :)  The house smells of Indian food......   ::)

Oh, and leftover homemade carrot/fruit cake with cream cheese frosting for dessert/afternoon snack.  :)  mmmmm...... yesterday's birthday cake.  :)

Pizza Express home-y pizzas. I can't be bothered to cook.

Pork schnitzel, spaetzle, and roasted sprouts. I'd never made schnitzel or spaetzle before and both turned out great!

I'm going to do a bit of Lebanese food with minced lamb. Lamb and mint stuffed meat pies(the lebanese kind of meat pies  :P) and hushwee rice on the side.
