Chana dal curry and samosas.  It's a recipe I hadn't made for ages and it was soooo good!

Thanks! It turned out AWESOME tonight! The last time I made it, it wasn't great, but this time it was delicious so I was really happy! Not to mention, the power went out right at the end, but fortunately there was enough residual head on the stove to finish off the broccoli!  ;D

Ooh. Let me know how it turns out.

We're having beef curry courtesy of my mother. With raita and poppodums. Followed by me going straight to bed because I know I'll be exhausted.
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

I agree with Balmerhon, let us know how it turns our Bmore.  :D

I'm making Sarah's special chicken with orzo and whatever veggies look pretty at the green grocer!  ;D
