I'm sure your flatmates are well impressed with your skills!  ;D

I'm having tilapia baked in paper, and something TBD on the side.

Beef stew, round two. We've had a cool couple of days, with daily highs only reaching about 81, and stew sounded good yesterday. We had enough left to do it again for tonight.

Caramelized cabbage and aubergine with yogurt and blueberries for dessert.

Salads, with most of the veggies coming either from our garden (gosh, I miss it now that we have moved), or our friend Chris' garden. We had to supplement with a couple things from the shop.

Oh a happy note though, Chris said we can have a corner of his garden next year. JOY!

That sounds amazing!

We made a pineapple and habanero chicken curry, over basmati rice. Quite tasty.

I always put pineapple tidbits in my chili, along with mince chicken, pork and a myriad of beans. It is SO yummy!

Since it is Thursday, for us it is curry night! I love it!

Last night, we had 'BBQ' salmon (that is, grilled salmon basted with Reggae Reggae Jerk/BBQ sauce), boiled new potatoes, and broccoli.

Tonight, I'm thinking of doing steaks on the charcoal grill, corn on the cob (cooked in the husk on the grill) & some other veg.

Also, for another day, trying to come up with a plan for a giant monster kohlrabi that came in the veg box this week - I'm thinking maybe curry?

Last night we had heathy-ish mac & cheese with lots of cottage cheese, a bit of mozzarella, milk, mushrooms, onion, garlic and tomatoes.  :)  Neither of us like cottage cheese on it's own, but in food it's pretty good.  :)

Tonight- maybe leftover mac & cheese with grilled veg.

Trying a cauliflower and chick pea curry recipe that i saw on Jamie Oliver's 15 minute meals - DW is due home in a hour so I'd best get it started because there's no way it will only take 15 mins!
