I've got a cold so for me it's sheer laziness.  ;D

Baked chicken (since hubby doesn't like turkey), green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, mac and cheese, stuffing, cranberry sauce and rolls. Then pumpkin pie and cherry cheesecake for dessert. My guess is more of the same for the next couple days, which is fine with me.  ;Dy

It was fajitas tonight. I feel so un-American for not making the traditional Thanksgiving dinner.

Thanksgiving feast courtesy of the Whole Foods Hot Bar. They had almost everything you could have wanted (including cranberry sauce and mini pumpkin pies) and there was a steady line of (presumably) americans filling up our trays.  :D

Sheer laziness is on the menu here too.  After a huge Thanksgiving meal, I'm not sure if I'm eating at all for the rest of the day!

Butter chicken over Basmati rice. We added two Scotch Bonnets and a mystery pepper that made my lips go cross eyed when I tested it.

Honey barbecue boneless wings for me and spicy barbecue boneless wings for hubby, and cheesy breadsticks for both from Pizza Hut. We were surprised they were delivering with the streets as bad as they are, but they were.
