We had crappy supermarket pizzas, but I also made a big pot of my 'famous' (well, some of you have tried it and loved it) green (or white) chilli  (chicken, white beans, and green chilli).  Saving that for tomorrow to take along, when we are going to visit a friend that's probably in the last few months of his life, due to pancreatic cancer that's now spread to his lungs.  Hope he will love it!

Hope he like it. It's a great recipe!

I made a spicy 5 bean and veg stew last night which was lovely. Tonight it's lamb chump chops with rosemary garlic sauce, roasted celeriac and carrot and Brussels sprouts. Smelling too good in here!
I've never gotten food on my underpants!

We went the lazy route with spicy black bean veggie burgers and tater tots.

Steak, green beans, potatoes and perhaps a fresh salad.

Butterfly pork chops with sauteed red bell pepper, mushrooms and onion, baked potatoes and because I was craving it, cinnamon and sugar rice.

The Hairy Dieters Paprika Chicken - we've been pretty happy with all the recipes we've tried from them so far! I'll make egg noodles to have with it.

Tacos or a BLT salad...haven't decided yet. I'll probably make my husband choose as I'm so indecisive!

A bit of everything. Mom came to visit and hubby picked Ponderosa because he is addicted to their steak and grilled shrimp, plus the all you an eat buffet with it.

The girl at the register was new and rang his meal in wrong, so he waited and waited to the point where he ended up just bringing it home to take to work tomorrow. The manager came out and apologized, giving him a $10 gift card for the error.
