Brisket, latkes, and apple cake!
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

I use my crockpot all the time. Love it!

I wouldn't use a US crockpot unless they specifically are at 240 v, with the heating element of it, I wouldn't use a transformer.

I bought one over here, but it's called a slow cooker.  Same thing though.  I love it!

I love mine too - there is a whole thread on recipes ;-) They do call it a slow cooker and I have 2! 1 mini one for dips and honestly for queso ;-) and 1 large one for meals for the family.
Just buy them here they aren't expensive
