Homemade mac & cheese - will probably put some tuna & peas in it too, maybe some leeks as well.  I bought all the stuff to make mac & cheese for our Thanksgiving dinner last Saturday, but ran out of time & steam before I got it made.  :P

Vegetarian burritos (wet burritos, with the tomato sauce over the top!) and rice.

Sounds good!

I had pasta with tomato sauce and steamed broccoli, hubby had the leftover cauliflower, pasta and cheese bake from last night.  He put real sausages in it tonight, so I couldn't have any of it!

Sounds good!

Turned out pretty good. :) I'm trying to teach the DH that you don't need to eat meat for dinner every day. I made vegetarian meals twice this week, and no complaints! This is progress.

Tapas out with my friends tonight!!
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

Progress indeed!  :)

It was leftover pasta with tomato sauce and loads of steamed veggies for me, salmon, potato wedges, and steamed broccoli for hubby.
