Look at this cynical manipulation of the poor blind kitty just to have a go me!  Is there no shame?

I am unfamiliar with this 'shame' of which you speak.

Mrs. Seahorse... have you seen that there is a Meetup happening?  It's being called the Blizzard Party (there are reasons).  We are hoping the seahorses can make an appearance.  Have a look at the meetups thread.  ;D

My IA:

Back on the diet bandwagon.  How come everyone around me can eat a sandwich and crisps for lunch everyday and not be fat?   >:(

They have a deal with Satan.

I am so enjoying the tasteful Christmas pics.

I was wondering if anyone had pics of cats in santa suits - and I guess that answers that.  Jumbo - enjoy!

Jumbo... You've not seen Jimbo naked then if you're calling him Jumbo.

:( yikes. We haven't had many issues with them, and I feel like I should be knocking on wood!

They are literally the worst.  But switching to anyone else would mean a quarter of the speed we have now at best.

That said, the customer service reps I've have on the phone tonight have been surprisingly helpful. I must give them that!

I thought we had a truce of sorts after you won the sausage prize in a pub and I didn't say a word

You are just like my husband... assuming I have good intentions. I'm wondering which one of you will learn your lesson first.

IA... In the US never had an issue with fleas on an indoor cat. Here? Had to take the trip to the vet to get treatment cuz they exploded this week. My poor kitty. She was bit by a mosquito carrying heartworm 3 years ago and I didn't know (and vet never told me) that cats needed to be protected from it, so there was only one option for the fleas and it was so watery it ran down her back. Of course the first thing she did (and keeps doing) is trying to lick it off :( My poor kitten, she's so mad at us and I just want her to stop itching! Gonna have to figure out how to treat the house without using insecticide as well. Hoping cleaning her bedding and vacuuming frequently while applying this medicine will do the trick!

I brought back good hearty North Carolina fleas with me 2 trips ago. The other cats slept inside of my luggage and I didn't even think about it. I can't get rid of them. Flea meds here do nothing.  I use a flea comb on Pedro Felix every night. It is maddening.

Do they sell DE here? Maybe you can use that or borax on your carpets?
